QUALITY ASSURANCE & LABORATORY
Our quality assurance begins from the raw materials, testing for compliance with manufacturer’s standards. Materials are received and checked again in the laboratory for their physical as well as chemical properties. PTPL Laboratory has proficient instruments to examine our products characteristics like Hydroxyl Value, Colour index, Dynamic Viscosity, Refractive Index, Hydrometer, Boiling Point, Melting Point and so on. Polyurethane application test being carried out in order to ensure our saturated polyester polyol final properties with respect to customer service.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The continuity of a Company’s success depends heavily on continuous development and research for new application better quality /performance. Our development department has the responsibility of product development process improvement and technical support. These efforts enable successful transition from laboratory development to mass production. We have a team, the Knowledge and experience of the R&D Department staff help us effectively perceive the creative goals set by our customers. Polyester Polyol business combines innovation and effective use of technology aimed at meeting the growing demand for products where polyurethanes, Polyester resin and adhesives are used. Our own laboratory and research facilities allow us to create new, vital products addressed to global markets.
